Dosing and filling


NOMI Co-packing have a range of multihead weighers and counting machines for use in dosing both loose and pre-packaged products. After dosing we can fill products in containers like transwrap bags, silo/tubos, cones or cups in a range of shapes and dimensions (with gas flushing and top sealing where needed).
 
If required, all our packaging lines can be equipped with:
 
  • weight checking equipment for use with e-mark packaging

 

  • metal detection equipment, for detection of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and stainless steel

 

  • coding and labelling equipment, for optimal traceability in your logistics system
