A quadroseal bag is an standing bag with a seal on all four corners. This makes the bag more dimensionally stable compared to the blockbottom bag.
Quadroseal bags are usually produced with BOPP or PET/PE.
Quadroseal bags are produced on a Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) packaging machine. For accurate dosing, we use a multihead weigher and/or counting machine.
Compared to the blockbottom bag, quadroseal bags offer a more luxurious appearance, making them an interesting packaging type to improve your product positioning.
The quadroseal bags can be filled with both unpackaged product as primary packaging, as well as packaged products, as secondary packaging for a multipack or product mix. For unpacked product, extra attention should be paid to the barrier properties of the selected foil.
