Senior Production Employee
As a Senior Production Employee, you are responsible for one (sometimes multiple) production line(s) that you work on together with your colleagues. You collaborate with your colleagues to ensure the right amount of production every day, but working safely and maintaining the quality of our products is of utmost importance to us. As a Senior Production Employee, you also ensure that everyone works safely according to our guidelines and that our products are of top quality. When you start with us, you will first have an orientation period where you get to know your colleagues, our products, and the production lines. After this, you will start working independently. And you know what? You'll be joining a very nice team, and our company feels like one big family!
This is what you will be doing:
As a Senior Production Employee, you are responsible for one, and sometimes two, production lines.
- You ensure that the products on your line are produced correctly;
- You maintain order and cleanliness on the work floor, before, during, and after production runs;
- You ensure that everyone works according to the BRC rules, the house rules, and the hygiene regulations;
- You oversee the quantity of production and the quality of the products being made on the line;
- If there are minor malfunctions or downtime, you solve them;
- You also set up peripheral equipment; You operate machines;
- You work closely with Operators, the Technical Department, and Production Management;
- And if necessary, you pitch in to help wherever needed.

Do you want to become our new Senior Production Employee? Then it's nice if you have the following qualities and characteristics:
- You already have experience as a production worker. If you have experience as a Senior Production Employee, that's a plus;
- You take responsibility for your work and work well independently;
- You are flexible. You are willing to work longer hours or in shifts occasionally;
- It's important that you speak or write good Dutch. If you also speak English, that's a plus.
