By involving Nomi Co-Packing in the development of your promotional packaging at an early stage, we can allocate the required capacity at a very early stage. We also have the ability to scale up our capacity to several shifts. We plan the purchase and delivery of all required materials in close consultation with you, so that we can switch quickly if adjustments to the planning are necessary.

The time-to-market can be subdivided into 3 phases: phase 1 is concept development and design, phase 2 is procurement and production of packaging materials and products, phase 3 is co-packing and delivery to market. The lead time of phase 1 depends on the complexity of the concept. On average, it takes 2 to 3 months, testing included. For the procurement and delivery of packaging materials, a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks should be taken into account. After receipt of all required materials and products, phase 3, packaging, can be started. The lead time for co-packing depends on the total volume. The production of 1,000,000 packages has a different lead time than an order of 20,000 packages. We always specify the expected lead times in our quotations.

In general, it is advisable to consider at least 5 months. For repeat orders, the "concept development" phase is skipped, making a time-to-market of 3 months realistic.
